Looking for clinical work that fits a school-based setting and allows you to make a real difference for young people?

Harmonia Collaborative Care is seeking a compassionate, skilled School-Based Clinician to provide mental health support to middle and high school students in local school satellite clinics.

In this role, you will provide individual counseling, assessments, treatment planning, crisis intervention, and brief solution-focused support for adolescents navigating emotional, behavioral, family, and school-related concerns.

What you’ll do

• Provide mental health assessments, diagnosis, treatment planning, and psychotherapy for adolescents

• Deliver counseling tailored to developmental needs, including family and relationship concerns, school issues, substance use, and risk reduction

• Provide crisis intervention and brief, solution-focused support as needed

• Collaborate with students, families, school staff, community partners, and Harmonia’s clinical team

• Maintain timely clinical documentation, records, calendars, and appointment schedules

• Participate in required clinical, school, and community meetings

• Advocate for student needs within the school, healthcare system, and community

What you bring

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related human services field

• LCSW, LMHC, PhD, or permit with relevant experience

• Behavioral health experience working with adolescents

• Strong communication, organization, documentation, and relationship-building skills

• A compassionate, accountable approach and comfort working independently while remaining part of a team

Schedule and setting

• Per diem role

• Work in local middle and high schools, Harmonia’s behavioral health clinic, and occasionally through telehealth

• Some evening hours may be required

• No weekends
