What You'll Do

• Provide individual therapy and behavioral health services.

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.

• Collaborate with colleagues to provide quality, person-centered care.

What We're Looking For

• NYS licensure as an LCSW, LMHC, or LMSW.

• Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills.

• A compassionate approach to supporting individuals and their mental health needs.

• The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
