Part-Time Accounting Assistant – Join Our Mission-Driven Team!

Harmonia Collaborative Care is seeking a part-time Accounting Assistant to support our finance department with light bookkeeping and accounts receivable tasks. This role includes invoice generation, posting payments, and assisting with financial reporting for a nonprofit agency.

This is a 10–15 hours per week position. 

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, collaborative, and experienced in QuickBooks with a strong grasp of nonprofit accounting, including classes and sub-classes. Strong communication, recordkeeping, and analytical skills are essential.

Requirements:

  • 2–3 years of accounting experience (nonprofit preferred)
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks
  • High accuracy and accountability
