Looking for per diem clinical work that fits a school schedule and feels meaningful?

At Harmonia Collaborative Care, School-Based Clinicians partner with local schools to support students’ emotional well-being in the environment where they learn. This role is ideal for clinicians who value flexibility, collaboration, and relationship-based care.

What you’ll do:

• Provide individual and group counseling to students in school settings
• Collaborate with school staff, families, and Harmonia clinical teams
• Complete timely, accurate clinical documentation
• Participate in supervision and consultation as needed
• Maintain ethical and professional clinical standards

What we’re looking for:

• Master’s degree in a mental health or human services field
• NYS license or permit preferred (LCSW, LMSW, LMHC, LMFT)
• Experience with children or adolescents
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
